Certified Dietary Manager/Prep Cook oversees various phases of food preparation, production and service including the maintaining of all nutritional and dietary information for the admissions in the Healthcare Centers of campus. This position directs menu planning for the Healthcare Residents, oversees the Healthcare Dining Rooms and the kitchens, coordinates the services of the contract Registered Dietician, assists in the implementation of sanitary programs, and overall special diets program. This position reports to the Healthcare Administrator and coordinates with the Executive Chef for successful administration of the Healthcare Food Program.

The Concierge is the “face” of the community and quite often the first contact for prospects, guests, and family members. The Concierge is part of the Member Services Department and collaborates with the Member Services Department to deliver outstanding customer service and develop an enriching community program for the members and residents that integrates and meets member and resident interests and needs into their daily routines. The Concierge shall support programming and amenity services through effective communication and scheduling as trained. The Concierge shall support marketing efforts by completing lead sheets from incoming callers and support marketing as deemed necessary. The Concierge shall provide telephone and administrative support, as appropriate, for all departments in the community. The Concierge shall complete assigned responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Director of Member Services.

This position oversees all nursing aspects, directing and evaluating all nursing personnel providing direct resident care within the campus. Operates the healthcare components in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the governing body in compliance with federal, state and local regulations, while coordinating nursing service with community agencies, physicians, families, residents, consultants, ancillary service providers and other departments within the campus and under the direction of the Healthcare Administrator.
